About Me

I am senior management person with experience in areas of Supply chain, Strategy ,Business planning and Project management. I have more than 25 years experience in different industries ranging from Manufacturing to Telecom to Retail. I have served in diverse functions from Supply Chain to Merchandising to Project Management and strategy. Currently I am functioning as Business Consultant helping small and medium business enterprises. 1) During Covid pandemic in April -June 2020 when there was complete lockdown imposed in India -- I along with my team was able to get additional back margin ( not related to turnover) of appx Rs 50 Million which ensured that we were able to achieve monthly nos for those months enabling us not to take any manpower cuts. 2) From 2014 to 2020 we were able to overachieve our gross margin targets enabling our company to remain profitable. 3) At the age of 40 I was able to learn personal finance enabling to achieve financial freedom within 10 years of learning the basics . Now I am able to spread the same knowledge amongst individuals .
