I help companies sustainably grow their customer base by designing customer journeys that promote user onboarding and training, user adoption, subscription renewals, and expansions. I also implement multiple customer technologies for small to enterprise scale including, Gainsight, Hubspot, Zendesk, and 100’s more tools.

I’m a business advisor with over 20 years experience in startups and enterprise companies. I like to think of myself as a business geek who is also constantly learning. I have my MBA, BA, PMP, and I’m a certified ninja in various business systems. My strengths are in defining winning business strategies and implementing scalable operational frameworks.
