I use purposeful, reflective and powerful conversations to help people gain clarity - and take action - in their lives.
To give you my undivided attention for 1 hour at a time and to ask you a series of powerful questions via phone or video (your choice) that will help you think through some of your current challenges and opportunities, and get mentally "unstuck".
Individuals that are seeking someone outside their network who can ask really impactful questions and lend fresh perspective, so they can more easily draw on their own insights to make better and more fulfilling choices.
Why do you want to connect with me? Because I know first-hand what it's like to feel stuck and unclear. Like your brain is completely muddled; unable to move forward. To lack the confidence and certainty that you're on the right path.
The last 10 years of my life has seen both bumps along the road and the joy and freedom of a life that's been built with intention and clarity: starting and closing my first business, struggles with anxiety and depression, leaving my full-time job, the death of my father, living in two foreign countries, starting a new career.
Clarity hasn't always come easily, but by honing my abilities to achieve clarity, I've been able to create a beautiful life that I love - and now I'm using my experience to help others do the same.
Here's what one of my clients recently had to say about our Clarity Session:
"I feel so much clearer now! Seriously - that was amazing. You were fantastic at helping me reframe the issue(s) - the same ones I have been obsessing and worrying about the last couple of years - I finally understand what it is I need to do, thanks to you!"

L. is a retail store owner who is wondering whether or not she should close her shop at the end of her lease.
Through our session, we uncovered the key reason for her uncertainty (staffing challenges) and confirmed her desire to continue with her business provided we could solve this problem.
Together, we came up with some new and innovative ways of attracting high-quality candidates, and L. is currently experimenting to see if she can resolve her staffing troubles.
T. has been talking about leaving his day job to pursue his company full-time for 1.5 years, but he can't seem to make the leap.
Through our session, we talked about some of the factors that are holding T. back from his choice, and also determined which of these have been excuses, and which are legitimate concerns.
Our time together allowed T. to figure out what needs to happen for him in order to feel confident with his choice, and also explored "worst case scenarios" to help break down the fears that are holding him back.
Now T. has a specific plan that he can execute in order to prepare to leave his job and renewed confidence in his direction.
H. is excited about the possibility of starting her own business but she has no idea where to begin or what business concept to choose.
H. and I talked about her reasons for wanting to start her own company, what her ideal life would look like, and the strengths and experience she can bring to a new business.
By the end of our session, H. was much clearer about why she wants to start a business in the first place and has narrowed down her ideas to a single concept that she's excited about.
B. is a jewellery designer who came to me following an incredibly busy and successful holiday selling season - and feeling completely burnt out and overwhelmed. B. knew that something needed to change - but what, and how?
My conversation with B. allowed her to get clear on what specifically was contributing to her overwhelm and how she could tackle it.
By the end of our time together, we had established a plan of action so that B. can start dealing with the areas of her company that aren't working and start enjoying her business success.
I am now convinced that something that each and every one of us could use a little more outside support and help with, is finding more clarity. That way when it comes to navigating our day to day decisions we can do so with more ease, grace and confidence than the time before.
Personally, when I feel clear on something I can:
> Better articulate what is MOST important in my life.
> More confidently drive the strategic direction of my company.
> Make stronger more value based decisions.
I didn’t know what to expect during my first formal clarity session with Keltie, but I was excited to experience what it felt like to have someone ask me purposeful, reflective and powerful questions.
Keltie did not disappoint.
Not only did she give me an incredible opportunity to talk out and dig into a very important aspect of my business - my business model- she helped me identify what it was I needed to do next to feel even more confident about my decisions to move forward.
It was so, so refreshing to share what’s was going on in my life with someone was there to ask me purposeful, reflective and powerful questions.
What a treat.
I’m booking a follow up session with Keltie this week to talk out a workshop I’m hosting next weekend so she can help me ensure I’ve got all my ducks in a row and that my intentions around what I want to happen at this workshop are clear, aligned and well articulated.
Thanks Keltie. That felt like a brain massage.
